If you’ve noticed things have been quiet on my social media…
It’s because we’ve been away!
We just returned from several weeks down south where we attended the 2025 5-day IGP Helper Workshop with Ivan Balabanov, Jany Bohm and Enrico Schwaderer.

If you’ve seen clips or pictures from the event on social media…
…it might look like it was geared to JUST dog sport. Specifically IGP.
Actually… the workshop could also have been called…
“How to Build Strong Dogs Without Creating The Wrong Kind of Conflict.”
Or…
“How to Get Your Dog Interested in Biting and Playing With an Object.”
Or…
“How to Turn Reactivity and Aggression On and Off.”
So ... you’ll understand why this was a super valuable event for me to attend as both a handler training her dog in IGP and as a pet dog trainer who deals with reactivity and aggression.
Dogs are dogs are dogs….
Whether they are working dogs, dogs bred for dog sports or pet dogs.
The concepts of how they learn, how they behave and how to get certain emotional responses from them apply to all dogs.
My brain is mush but I’m SUPER grateful I had this chance to learn from the best in industry.
So many owners have been stuck with the same training problems for months and years.
They’ve tried things they’ve seen on Youtube, things they’ve seen on social media and even things trainers have told them… without long term improvement.
If that is sounding like your dog… get in touch.
The owners that have been in that same situation with their dogs haven’t regretted it.
I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned these past weeks with you and your dogs!
